When a reservation is made, a 50% deposit is due within 1 week. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. A security deposit of $500.00 is also due 30 days before arrival. Of course, the security deposit will be refunded as warranted within 45 days after departure.
Rental turnover days are flexible Check-in is at 3:00 pm and Check-out is at 10:00 am
There are no pets of any kind allowed Subleasing will not be allowed.
Maximum of 6 people (including children) No smoking indoors

Travel to Martha's Vineyard is by ferry, airplane or private boat. Vehicle and passenger ferry service is offered by Hy-line cruises, The Steamship Authority & The Island Queen. all land within walking distance to 6 Chapman Ave. (Steamship Authority to Oak Bluffs). Check the website of Cape Air to see their flights to the Vineyard and Smartguide is a very helpful tool to check the current transportation links to the Vineyard by air and sea . (Tenant is responsible for their own travel arrangements) Check with the individual airlines or boats for their routes and schedules.

Taxi service, auto and bicycle rentals are also available on the island.
